Moscow presented a super-tech stand at SPIEF

June 9 11:34

The Moscow site under the slogan “Moscow is the best city on Earth” became one of the most visited and discussed stands of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).

This year, the metropolis relied on the synergy of nature and innovation, presenting interactive models of the future, medical advances and a conceptual student bar. The designers of the capital's pavilion recreated the atmosphere of Moscow parks right in the middle of the Expoforum exhibition pavilion. The site was surrounded by living greenery – snow-white birches and ornamental shrubs were planted here, and the ceiling was decorated with floating art objects in the form of soft pink clouds of flowers, reminiscent of blooming gardens. The center of attraction for guests was a photo zone with giant three-dimensional letters “This is Moscow.”

The capital's exposition was divided into several interactive zones, each of which presented flagship city development projects:

  • “Open Strategy 2040”: The strategy for the development of the metropolis for the next 15 years was presented at the central multimedia podium. Guests of the forum got acquainted with plans for digitalization, improving the environment and expanding the transport framework of Moscow.
  • Industrial potential and SEZ “Technopolis Moscow”: A highly detailed model of the flagship of the capital’s high-tech industry was placed at the stand. Visitors could examine in detail the innovative sites where advanced domestic developments are created – from microelectronics to unmanned systems.
  • “City of Health”: The interactive block talked about the large-scale modernization of Moscow healthcare. A visual infographic demonstrated the results of updating hundreds of city clinics and introducing artificial intelligence into medical practice.
  • “Drinks from Moscow Colleges”: One of the most popular locations of the stand was the interactive bar. This is not just a recreation area, but a presentation of Moscow vocational education. The best students from the capital's colleges worked behind the counter and treated the forum participants to signature non-alcoholic cocktails and coffee, demonstrating a high level of staff training in the field of hospitality.

The Moscow stand clearly demonstrated the concept of a modern, environmentally friendly and people-oriented metropolis, where advanced technologies harmoniously coexist with a comfortable urban environment.
