In the Sosnovoborsky District, a foreign citizen will appear in court, accused of trying to bribe traffic police inspectors. This was reported to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The incident occurred in March on one of the district's roads. Traffic police officers stopped the driver for crossing a solid line. To draw up an administrative protocol, the police asked the man to go into the patrol car.
According to the investigation, the driver wanted to avoid liability and possible deprivation of his license. To do this, he offered the inspectors 2 thousand rubles. First, the man put the money in the back seat. After a warning about the illegality of such actions, he moved the bills between the front seats of the official car.
Traffic police inspectors reported the incident to the duty station. A criminal case was opened against the man for attempted petty bribery. The investigation has been completed and the materials have been submitted to the court.
