The lawyer of the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, Sergei Natarova, believes that his client was stipulated in return for exemption from liability.

Lawyer Alexander Khopot explained that the only reason for bringing the deputy to criminal liability is the testimony of two people who concluded pre -trial cooperation agreements with the investigation. All accomplices of the crime have claimed claims for compensation for harm. The exception is only two people who testified. This information became clear when considering a criminal case, the lawyer said.

According to the defender, the prosecutor’s office did not take measures to compensate for harm from these persons, the victims did not do this. But on August 8, the Office of the Rosreestr for the Krasnoyarsk Territory opened cases of administrative offenses against competitive managers of three enterprises that were recognized as victims in the criminal case. The reason was their failure to recover the receivables of the two people who entered into pre -trial cooperation agreements.

“These facts once again indicate a“ special ”attitude precisely and exclusively to Sergey Natarov, the artificial formation of evidence of his“ guilt ”,” said Alexander Khpot.

Recall that the former deputy of the State Duma and the current vice-speaker of the legislative assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Sergey Natarova, the ex-head of Igarka Evgeny Nikitin and others are accused of embezzlement during the purchase of goods for housing and communal services of Igarchi allegedly at high prices.
