The future is behind the teams in which human, machine and their joint work are distributed in proportion to-30-33 %, said Ekaterina Melentieva, director of personnel management “T1 Integration” (part of the IT Holding T1) in the framework of the “territory of the future. Moscow 2030 “.
The speaker took part in the panel discussion “Multidisciplinary teams: how to create solutions for the city of the future.”
The rapidly changing conditions of the modern labor market requires specialists and employers of constant professional adaptation-in the IT industry, the focus is shifted to complex skills:
“Recently, the relationship between different sectors of the economy has become more and more close, and the technology has already penetrated deeply into a variety of industries: from finance and retail to formation and medicine. The emergence of an increasing number of new disciplines at the junction of several spheres requires not only constant training from IT cadres, but also the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams-when it is necessary to simultaneously interact not only with humanities and techies, but also with artificial intelligence, ”commented Yekaterina Melentieva.
Therefore, in the teams of the future, tasks should be distributed in equal shares between a person and a machine, and some of them are performed in synergy. It is this formula that will achieve maximum optimization of processes, while retaining a key role behind a person as a carrier of meanings and ethics. Catherine also noted that the main advantage of people over the algorithms is “spiritual intelligence” is an awareness of the final goals of the team and the culture of mutual assistance.
Adhering to this approach, within the framework of the corporate accelerator “T1. The founder ”Holding employees have already developed about 400 products, including solutions using AI. In October of this year, 20 of them will be final selection, and winners will receive from 1.5 million rubles-2-3 % of potential revenue.
In addition, the expert emphasized the importance of practical experience in the implementation of complex projects: “The digitalization process – especially in the case of large -scale initiatives – is closely related to the management of distributed teams. So, for example, we have introduced more than 33 thousand self -service cash desks in the Magnit chain in seven federal districts, which required the coordinated work of engineers, developers, lawyers, logists and regional coordinators. Therefore, the sooner young experts join the solution of real business areas, the faster they will be able to take part in cases setting the trends of the cities of the future, ”added Ekaterina Melntyva.
