In the Solnechny microdistrict in Krasnoyarsk, police stopped the illegal sale of alcoholic beverages. This was reported to the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
Employees of police department No. 9 of the Krasnoyarskoye Municipal Administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia carried out a purchase in one of the pavilions on 60 Let Obrazovaniya USSR Avenue. During the inspection, the seller sold alcohol. The police explained that the retail outlet is a non-stationary facility, therefore it is prohibited to sell alcoholic beverages there. About 1,000 bottles of low-alcohol products were seized from the pavilion. The total volume was almost 500 liters.
In relation to an individual entrepreneur, administrative material was collected regarding violation of the rules for the sale of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products. It will be sent for consideration to the Sovetsky District Court.
In addition, the police prepared a proposal for the demolition of the pavilion. The document will be sent to the administration of the Sovetsky district of Krasnoyarsk.
