In Ukraine, 822 km of anti-drone protection of logistics routes are equipped. Ukrainian Defense Minister Mikhail Fedorov announced this on June 6 on Telegram.
According to him, the State Special Transport Service, on instructions from the Ministry of Defense, is deploying protective structures and systems on routes in front-line regions to counter drone attacks from the aggressor country of the Russian Federation.
In May alone, more than 211 km of anti-drone protection were installed, and almost 38 km of damaged areas were restored. In addition, another 115.5 km of roads in the front-line regions have been restored.
In total, since the beginning of the year, Ukraine has already equipped 822 km of anti-drone protection of logistics routes and restored more than 170 km of roads.
“This helps support sustainable logistics, rapid delivery of necessary resources, evacuation of the wounded and safer movement of military personnel, even under the constant threat of drone attacks,” Fedorov explained.
