“This autumn salad of cabbage, carrots, and peppers is prepared quickly, the cabbage turns out crispy and juicy. The salad can be eaten immediately after preparation, or can be stored in the refrigerator for a month,” said the blogger.
Products
- 2.5 kg cabbage;
- 500 g carrots;
- 500 g onions;
- 500 g pepper;
- 50 g salt;
- 100 g sugar;
- 100 ml vinegar;
- 250 ml vegetable oil.
Preparation
- Chop the cabbage.
- Grate the carrots. Cut the pepper into strips and the onion into rings.
- Mix all vegetables in a container.
- Add salt, sugar, vinegar and vegetable oil.
- Stir but do not crush the vegetables.
- Let the salad sit for 15 minutes and then fill the jars tightly with the salad. Pour the remaining marinade into jars.
