Ingredients:

  • three zucchini;
  • one onion;
  • one carrot;
  • two cloves of garlic;
  • 25 g of tomato paste;
  • salt and pepper to taste;
  • 30 g of vegetable oil.

Cooking

  1. Wash the zucchini, onions and carrots, clean and cut them into cubes.
  2. Heat the pan, pour vegetable oil and fill the vegetables. Stew over low heat for half an hour, stirring from time to time.
  3. Add finely chopped garlic and tomato paste five minutes before the end of the extinguishing. Salt, pepper and mix.
