Tension in the Middle East continues

Iran fired seven ballistic missiles at Kuwait and Bahrain, hours after U.S. forces shot down four Iranian drones that were heading toward ships in the Strait of Hormuz, according to CENTCOM. US troops also attacked Iranian coastal surveillance radars in Goruk and on the island of Keshm.

This is the second missile attack by Iran on Kuwait in recent days. On Monday, at least one person was killed and over 60 injured in shelling at Kuwait's airport. Iranian authorities claim they had nothing to do with the attack.

Formally, since April 8, there has been a ceasefire between Iran and the United States in the war that Israel and the United States started on February 28. US President Donald Trump gave the authorities in Tehran time to submit a “new proposal to end the war and end talks on this topic.” However, negotiations to end the war are at an impasse.
