In a Facebook post titled “Proof of the lie of Mr. “We Don't Sell the Country” Sorin Grindeanu“, Oana Gheorghiu claims that last year the leader of the social democrats approved the listing on the stock exchange of a significant number of state companies, some of the most important in Romania's infrastructure and economy.
In support of his assertions, the acting deputy prime minister presents, on the same platform, a document “original“:
“I received this document today. Obviously, I checked its authenticity and received confirmation that the document is genuine. The document includes the list of companies, arguments, calendar, action plan. All these elements, approved by Mr. Sorin Grindeanu“.
List of mentioned companies
Oana Gheorghiu lists the companies for which Grindeanu would have given approval for listing on the stock exchange:
TAROM
Bucharest Airports National Company
National Company Administratia Porturilor Maritime SA
Societatea Carpatica Feroviar Romania SA
National Company Timișoara International Airport Traian Vuia
In the same document, she says, other strategic companies are also proposed:

The interim deputy prime minister states that the document approved by Grindeanu contains clear justifications for the listing of state companies.

“What does the document say? That listing of state companies it is an OECD recommendation and an objective assumed by the PNRR. That it is necessary to reach milestone 443. That authorized intermediaries must be selected, government decisions adopted, public offers prepared So, Mr. Sorin Grindeanu fired Ilie Bolojan because the latter wanted the listing of state companies. That is, exactly what Mr. Sorin Grindeanu himself had approved last year. Today, Mr. Sorin Grindeanu is the PSD proposal for the position of prime minister”, concludes Oana Gheorghiu.
