Krasnoyarsk Territory and the T-Technology group agreed to cooperate in the field of digital economy and training of IT specialists. This was reported by the press service of the governor and government of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The agreement was signed by Governor Mikhail Kotyukov and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the T-Technologies group Alexey Malinovsky. The meeting took place within the framework of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
The parties discussed attracting young specialists to the IT industry, the demand for university graduates among employers, digitalization of the tourism industry, the economic sector, the introduction of banking instruments and the development of the IT agenda in the region.
“Digitalization of the economy is one of the most important tasks set by the President. The Krasnoyarsk Territory is solving it by applying the best practices that exist in the country. The digital transformation of industry and services for people is very important to us today,” said Mikhail Kotyukov.
According to him, for the real sector, digitalization is associated with competitiveness and security, and for residents with the opportunity to receive government services and support faster and more conveniently. Special attention at the meeting was paid to digital support for educational institutions. We are talking about automating security systems, paying for meals, organizing free IT courses and Olympiads for schoolchildren.
Alexey Malinovsky noted that the Krasnoyarsk Territory is one of the largest industrial centers in the country, where leading companies are implementing large projects.
“For us, cooperation with the Krasnoyarsk Territory is an opportunity to combine the expertise of the T-Technology Group with the region’s ambitious agenda in the field of digital transformation,” he emphasized.
He added that joint projects can develop in industry, the social sphere, education and the financial sector.
