The Krasnoyarsk plant began producing heating units with the support of the Federal Investment Fund

The Krasnoyarsk company Termoprofi, with the support of the regional Industrial Development Fund (IDF), built a new workshop and launched serial production of block heating units. The equipment replaces foreign analogues and reduces heat loss by 15%.

The regional Ministry of Industry and Trade said that the project was supported by a loan of 45 million rubles for 5 years at an annual rate of 2%. The funds were used to create a welding and assembly shop with an area of 600 square meters and the production of “smart” heating units. They regulate the supply of coolant to heating and hot water supply systems. Automation adjusts the temperature of the batteries in real time to the weather outside. The result is heat savings of up to 15% and reduced heating costs.

The equipment is supplied in the form of fully assembled and tested modules. This speeds up installation and commissioning.

“The products correspond to our priorities – import substitution and strengthening technological sovereignty. Heating points successfully compete with foreign analogues. The project was one of the first supported by the Industrial Development Fund. Now we have entered mass production – this is a real result. Considering the load on the municipal infrastructure of the region and the tasks of reliable heat supply, such products are really in demand,” noted Minister of Industry and Trade Maxim Ermakov.

The head of the enterprise, Vadim Yurkiv, said that the company plans to equip up to 100 construction and overhaul projects with such points annually:

“During three years of participation in the FRP program, we produced 461 units. This year there are already 24 units. The production of RAU-2 will strengthen our participation in overhaul and import substitution programs in the housing and communal services sector. The use of units will ensure balance in the heat supply systems of the cities of the region and other territories.”

The products are used in residential, commercial, social and industrial facilities. Facilities in Khakassia, Tyva, Yakutia, and Lugansk are equipped with equipment. In the region, heating stations operate in social institutions, clinics, and residential complexes. The equipment is also supplied to apartment buildings included in the overhaul program for heating systems. Since 2023, 129 houses have been equipped in the region.

As a result of the implementation of the project until 2028, it is planned to create 17 new jobs and increase tax revenues to budgets of all levels.
