
Even in the cold season, geranium can delight with lush flowering. The secret lies in a simple top dressing, which can be easily prepared from ordinary yeast and sugar. This natural stimulant awakens the vitality of the plant and supports it during short daylight hours.
Yeast contains B vitamins and microelements that activate the growth of the root system. Sugar serves as a source of energy for soil microorganisms. As a result, the geranium receives the necessary nutrition to form new buds even in winter.
How to prepare the solution:
- Dissolve 10 g of fresh yeast in 1 liter of warm water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of sugar.
- Leave for 2-3 hours to activate fermentation.
- Dilute the resulting concentrate with clean water in a ratio of 1:5.
Feeding rules:
- Water your geranium every 2-3 weeks.
- Use only freshly prepared solution.
- Moisten the soil before fertilizing.
- Alternate with regular watering.
