Russians most often choose comedies to unwind after a working day. This was reported by the SuperJob research center.
Every third respondent watches comedies after work. Every fifth person chooses detective stories, and almost the same number prefer science fiction and fantasy. Also among the popular genres were thrillers, animated series, melodramas, action films and war films. Some respondents said that they don’t watch movies or TV series at all after work.
Women more often than men choose detective stories, melodramas and dramas. Men are more likely to watch fantasy, action and war films. On weekdays after work, viewers most often watch detective stories, comedies and thrillers. The most active viewing time is from 19:00 to 20:00.
3,000 economically active residents of Russia took part in the survey.
