The court tightened the punishment of Uzhur for non -payment of alimony. This was reported in the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
In May 2025, a 38-year-old woman received a sentence for malicious non-payment of alimony-a year of correctional labor with a deduction of 10 % of earnings. But instead of taking advantage of the chance to improve and begin to help the 16-year-old son, she defiantly ignored all the requirements of the court.
As the alimony herself explained, she was not in the penal inspection as she drank alcohol.
The court toughened the punishment of a resident of Uzhur for non -payment of alimony
“The defendant did not work out and continued to lead the previous lifestyle, as if she were not convicted. Such neglect of their own child and the law did not remain without consequences, ”the press service of the supervisory authority said.
The prosecutor's office supported the submission of the inspection on the replacement of punishment. For non -payment of alimony (part 1 of article 157 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation), the woman received 4 months of forced labor with a deduction of 10 % of the salary.
Now the convicted person is waiting for life in a strict schedule in the correctional center: early ascents, compulsory work, payment of alimony and a complete ban on alcohol.
