Ukrainian world champion Alexander Usik knocked out famous kickboxer Rico Verhoeven in a fight for the WBC world title, GORDON reports.
The referee stopped the fight in the 11th round after Usyk knocked down his opponent and then continued to land a series of punches as he stood up.
Moreover, according to the judges’ assessments, it was Verhoeven who dominated up to this point: the judges gave him victory in nine out of ten rounds.
