No contractor was found for the construction of a prison in the Krasnoyarsk Territory for 2.79 billion rubles

The first auction for the construction of a security building in Minusinsk did not take place. No bids were received for the auction. This is evidenced by data from the government procurement website.

The customer is the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The initial contract price was 2.79 billion rubles. The funds were planned to be allocated from the federal budget. The work must be carried out within the framework of the state defense order under the program for the development of the penal system until 2035.

The contractor had to develop a project and build a 9-story security building at 114 Gorky Street. The complex is designed for 593 prisoners. According to the documentation, the facility should consist of two buildings with a total area of ​​19.9 thousand square meters. They plan to connect them with a gallery. The project also includes elevators, a video surveillance system, a fire alarm, intercoms and a walking courtyard.

Applications for participation in the auction were accepted from May 12 to June 1. The results were planned to be summed up on June 2, but due to the lack of participants, the purchase was declared invalid.
