In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, on International Children’s Day, a new sports and play space was opened in the Zharki family park in Divnogorsk. The project “Children.Games.Sport” won the grant competition “Cities with a Plus Sign” of the En+ company and is being implemented with the support of the Administration of the city of Divnogorsk and the Spiritual and Educational Center “Heritage”. The initiative is aimed at creating comfortable conditions for families with children to enjoy their leisure time.

The project was implemented on the principles of co-financing. At the expense of the En+ company, two rope parks for preschool children were purchased, adapted to the area and installed, and a special recreation area was prepared for parents and mothers with strollers. An information stand and small architectural forms were also installed: benches and rocking chairs, play equipment for children. For its part, the administration of the city of Divnogorsk provided the development of project documentation, clearing and planning of the territory, installation of lighting and video surveillance systems.

“The opening of such a space is a vivid example of effective partnership. For us, as a company operating in Divnogorsk, it is important not only to produce energy, but also to create a comfortable living environment for the families of our employees and all residents of Divnogorsk. We are glad that the grant competition “Cities with a Plus Sign” provides an opportunity to implement such important initiatives,” said Stanislav Legenza, director of the Krasnoyarsk Hydroelectric Power Plant.

The event began with a general gathering of guests and young participants; after the opening, a sports program was held for children and their parents. The culmination of the holiday was the first passage of the route by children of preschool and primary school age along two new rope parks.

“Thanks to the competition, we got the opportunity to implement our project. The main guests of the new site will be families with children of preschool and primary school age, as well as pupils of Divnogorsk kindergartens No. 7 “Dandelion” and No. 10 “Scarlet Flower”. A series of sports and game events “We want to be healthy” and a career guidance cycle “Pro Games” and patriotic events have already been launched for them,” said the project manager, director of the ANO Spiritual and Educational Center “Heritage” Irene Koshe.

The “Plus Cities” grant competition is aimed at supporting long-term projects aimed at qualitatively changing the urban environment in the cities where En+ operates. In 2025, more than two hundred applications were submitted for grants, and 11 projects became winners, including in Divnogorsk.

“This project is a real gift to the city for Children’s Day. Now our youngest residents have a safe, modern and specially equipped place for them to play and have their first sports experience,” said Deputy Head of Divnogorsk Tatyana Avdeeva.
