According to the department, the audit showed that on one of the streets of the village of local water supply was worn out to an extreme degree.

“The inhabitants of this street were real experts in terms of unpleasant“ surprises ”: the system regularly presented impulses to them, and water flowed from the taps, the quality of which left much to be desired. Local authorities, contrary to the direct request of the law, have not been solved for years to a capital solution to the problem. Instead, they acted on the principle of “patching holes” – they pointed the most emergency sections. This approach did not eliminate the problem, but only put it off, creating a real threat that one day the water in the cranes will completely dry out, ”the prosecutor’s office said.

After the issue of voluntary order was not able to resolve with the administration of the Taskinsky Village Council, the prosecutor’s office passed to decisive action and sent a lawsuit to the court with a request to oblige the administration to fulfill its duties.

After the measure, the municipality quickly found the necessary 5 million rubles. And performed major repairs of a kilometer of water supply networks.
