The Chief of Staff of the Romanian Army, General Gheorghiță Vlad, appeared on Tuesday morning at the DNA headquarters, the military section, to be heard.
The information was confirmed for HotNews by DNA sources. The anti-corruption institution has so far not sent any official information related to the reason for the Army chief's visit to the DNA.
General Gheorghiță Vlad did not make any statement to the journalists upon entering the DNA headquarters, according to the images transmitted by the televisions.
The hearing of the general comes at a delicate moment for the Romanian Army: the Russian drone that exploded in an apartment block in Galati and which the air force did not shoot down.
