I stopped spending money on cleaning products: I throw a spoonful of this into the coffee maker and after 40 minutes it smells like new

Many people are faced with the problem of a gray coating and rancid taste in their drip coffee maker. Over time, even regular washing with water does not always help restore the device to cleanliness and a neutral aroma. But there is a simple and effective way to clean your equipment using just one available component.

Start by pouring a tablespoon of baking soda into your water reservoir. Then fill it with cold water to the desired level, turn on the cooking cycle and wait until the solution has completely passed through the system. Immediately after completing the cycle, leave the device for 30-40 minutes so that the soda dissolves fatty deposits and mineral salts. After this, drain the remaining liquid, rinse the removable parts with warm water and a soft sponge, paying attention to the filter and spout. Run the coffee maker through two cycles of clean water to completely remove any remaining baking soda. If the plaque remains too dense, you can repeat the procedure or increase the concentration of the solution.

Your coffee maker will work like new again, and your coffee will acquire a clean, rich taste without any foreign shades.
