

According to the president, we are talking about 200 communities in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Zaporizhzhya, Sumy, Kharkov, Kherson, Nikolaev, Chernihiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
“This is money that can be used in addition to the most acute safety needs – as regards primarily the protection of people, repair and restoration, special transport, construction of shelters. I instructed the government to quickly send funds to the communities,” said Vladimir Zelensky.
He added that the results of the use of funds will be monitored, and promised to continue financial support.
Context
On April 3, Zelensky visited the Chernihiv region, where he met with the leaders of territorial communities. As the presidential press service reported, he talked with officials about the support of entrepreneurs and business, and also promised to discuss the subvention with Prime Minister Denis Shmygal to arrange additional shelters in the front-line regions.
