In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the branch of Rosseti Sibir – Krasnoyarskenergo and JSC SATP went into high alert mode due to worsening weather conditions.
According to weather forecasters, rain, thunderstorms and strong winds are expected on May 29 and 30 in the central and southern regions of the region. Gusts can reach 25 meters per second.
Employees of SATP JSC have already brought pumping equipment out onto the streets. Even at night, specialists began eliminating large puddles on the roads. To work during bad weather, additional teams were formed in Krasnoyarsk, and problem areas were taken under constant control.
In the Krasnoyarskenergo branch, 243 teams of 1,353 employees are on duty around the clock to promptly eliminate possible technological disruptions in the operation of power grids; they have 819 units of equipment and 32 backup power supply sources at the ready. Specialists carefully monitor the condition of the equipment.
