In Bolshaya Murta, the owner of six dogs will pay 60 thousand rubles to the woman they bitten

A resident of Bolshaya Murta, who suffered from dog bites, was paid compensation for moral damage. The prosecutor's office spoke about this.
The incident occurred in June last year on Partizanskaya Street. A woman was walking past a house when six dogs attacked her at once. The owner let them out for a walk without supervision, leashes or muzzles. As a result, the victim received multiple bite wounds on both legs.
After the incident, it was difficult for her to move, and two small children were waiting at home – one was less than two and a half years old, the second was less than six months old. I had to recover in parallel with caring for the kids.
The owner of the dogs was fined 4 thousand rubles for violating the rules for keeping animals. And after the victim contacted the prosecutor’s office, the woman was helped to file a claim for compensation for moral damage. The court collected another 60 thousand rubles from the owner.
