The Legislative Assembly of the Krasnoyarsk Territory is working on a solution regarding personal mobility devices.

Speaker of Parliament Alexey Dodatko noted that it was based on citizens' appeals, statistics of road accidents and injuries that citizens receive when colliding with scooters.

“Administration Krasnoyarsk has already limited the movement of personal mobility equipment in the city center, but without a regional law, the norms will not work in full. We are introducing amendments to regional legislation with an emphasis on the responsibility of rental companies. We act in the interests of citizens to make Krasnoyarsk safer», — noted Alexey Dodatko.
