In Norilsk, the Krasnoyarsk Territory the prosecutor's office helped a 9-year-old girl to get compensation for non-pecuniary damage.
The case occurred in March 2025 – the schoolgirl went to the lessons and Rotweieler, belonging to one of the local residents, attacked it.

At the request of the victim’s mother, the prosecutor's office conducted an audit and found that the man He released a dog on the street without a muzzle and a leash to guard his garage. But on that ill -fated day, the dog escaped, about which the owner already learned from the servants of the capture service.
“For a girl, a meeting with an angry animal ended with severe fright and injuries – damage to the shoulder and chest. She needed hospitalization“, – said in the prosecutor's office.
The agency defended the interests of the child. The court supported the position of the prosecutor and ordered the man to pay 50 thousand rubles in favor of the girl’s family for suffering. In addition, it was fined 1.5 thousand rubles for non -compliance with the requirements for the maintenance of pets (part 1 of article 8.52 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation).
