Banana, oatmeal and a spoon of honey – my ideal breakfast in 10 minutes: I cook without any problems

Airy pancakes without flour or sugar are a hearty and healthy breakfast for those who want to start the day right. All you need is a ripe banana, oatmeal and some free time.

What you will need:

Banana – 1 piece
Oatmeal – 4 tablespoons
Egg – 1 piece
Honey – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – for frying

How to cook:

  • Mash the banana with a fork in a deep bowl until pureed.
  • Add the egg, oatmeal and honey, stir until smooth.
  • Heat a splash of oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Drop the dough by the tablespoonful, forming small round pancakes.
  • Fry for two minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with fresh berries or yogurt.
