Ballerinas are known for their lightness, grace and incredible mobility. Their joints and ligaments endure enormous stress every day, and keeping them healthy is vital.
The secret of flexibility and strength is hidden not only in training, but also in a special “elixir for joints” that you can easily prepare at home.
3 main ingredients
1. Flax seeds – 60 g
It is a source of omega-3 fatty acids, which reduce inflammation and increase tissue elasticity. Flax strengthens joints, improves intestinal function and overall well-being.
2. Sesame seeds – 40 g
Sesame is rich in calcium, magnesium and zinc – minerals essential for strong bones and healthy ligaments. It helps to recover after exercise and prevents crunching in the joints.
3. Pumpkin seeds – 40 g
A real treasure trove of vitamins A, E and group B, as well as phosphorus and iron. Pumpkin seeds support collagen production and improve the nutrition of joint tissue.
To make the mixture not only beneficial, but also have a pleasant taste, you can add a couple more ingredients.
- 1 tbsp. l. gelatin is a source of collagen, which strengthens joints and ligaments.
- 1 tbsp. l. raisins – light sweetness and a natural source of potassium.
- Honey – for aroma, immunity and energy.
How to cook
- Grind flax, sesame and pumpkin seeds in a blender until it becomes flour.
- Add gelatin and raisins, beat again until smooth.
- At the end, add a little honey – it will bind the ingredients and give a pleasant taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a glass jar and store in the refrigerator.
How to take
- Every morning, on an empty stomach, take 1 tsp. this elixir, washed down with water or warm herbal tea.
- After just 2-3 weeks, you will notice that your joints become more mobile, morning stiffness disappears, your nails and hair become stronger, and your skin becomes more elastic.
The combination of vegetable fats, amino acids and collagen creates powerful connective tissue support. This elixir can be called a natural “lubricating oil” for joints – it nourishes them from the inside and helps maintain flexibility for many years.
Try to include this drink in your morning menu, and your body will respond with lightness, energy and youth, like a real ballerina.
