In the Yenisei region, a local police officer helped bailiffs find a woman who was hiding from them and evading paying alimony. This was reported in the press service of the regional Ministry of Internal Affairs.
In April, a criminal case was opened against a 49-year-old resident of the village of Podtesovo for failure to pay child support, after which she stopped communicating. The district police officer found out that the debtor lived on his property and went to see her along with the bailiffs. No one opened the door for them, but steps and whispers were heard from inside.
Then the policeman put a ladder to the second floor window and knocked. The woman's partner still opened the door, but said that she was not at home.
When inspecting the apartment, employees found the defaulter in the closet. She was handed over to the bailiffs.
