For the first time this year, hatching eggs were brought to the Krasnoyarsk Territory from Uzbekistan. A batch of more than 145 thousand pieces arrived at one of the region’s poultry farms on February 18, the Krasnoyarsk Rosselkhoznadzor reported.
Before sending the egg for cultivation, specialists checked it for salmonellosis, Newcastle disease and infectious bronchitis of chickens, and also treated it with a disinfectant solution. Documentary and physical control did not reveal any violations – the cargo complies with the requirements of Russian legislation and the norms of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Last year, Uzbek supplies were more active: the region's poultry farms received 11 batches of hatching eggs – more than two million pieces.
