The experts of the Rosselkhoznadzor found fish and fish products without veterinary documents in the new take -off market in Krasnoyarsk. This was reported in the press service of the department.
According to the lawall the fish should undergo a check before the sale. Sellers are required to draw up veterinary certificates in the Mercury system, which confirm the safety of products.
The lack of documents indicates a possible danger to buyers. As experts explain, it is outwardly impossible to determine whether the fish is infected with parasites that can cause harm to health with insufficient treatment.
