Negative experiences with receptionists, call centers and other non-medical personnel account for 72% of complaints. At the same time, pediatricians, on the contrary, are praised almost everywhere – they remain the main point of trust.

Serious difficulties arise with making appointments with specialized specialists: 61% of complaints indicate a lack of slots, 62 % of parents at least once were forced to visit specialist doctors for a fee, 38 % waiting for an appointment for more than a month, and at 44 % There are simply no cases of the required specialist on staff at the clinic.

It is noted that some of the 35 medical institutions studied look good in questionnaires, but receive harsh criticism in open reviews, and vice versa.

Applications are still being accepted. Opinions are collected anonymously.
