In Krasnoyarsk, they are looking for a contractor who will develop a project for the restoration of the building of the city hospital on Kirova Street, 26. The publication gornovosti.ru writes about this with reference to the government procurement portal.

The starting price of the contract is 5.6 million rubles, applications are accepted until June 4. The contractor will have to inspect the building, prepare scientific and design documentation and determine what work is needed to preserve the monument. The plans include studying the foundation, walls, floors and engineering systems, as well as conducting archaeological research on the territory.
The project also includes restoration of facades and roofs, repairs of windows and doors, restoration of lost historical details, installation of architectural lighting and landscaping. The fence near the building will be renewed, the area will be landscaped and a waste collection area will be created. All documentation must be completed by December 2026.
Let us add that the stone building of the hospital of the Society of Doctors of the Yenisei Province was built in 1888. Now it is considered a cultural heritage site; it houses the Central Siberian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
