The malicious violator of the traffic rules from Krasnoyarsk left the colony along the parole, but caught a fake of the employment contract. This was told in the regional prosecutor's office.
Man ended up in a general regime colony in 2023 for a drunken ride. He was released for good behavior, but was obliged to find official work and provide a copy of the employment contract.
Not wanting to work, the former criminal asked his sister to “arrange” him to work. A relative had a power of attorney on behalf of the general director of UK Yenisei LLC and the seal, so the man received the position of a storekeeper.
However, later it turned out that the company has not been working for a long time and is in the liquidation stage.
A criminal case has been opened on the use of a deliberately false document (part 5 of article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). In the near future, the court will decide whether to leave the Krasnoyarsk at Udo.
