In Krasnoyarsk region A 23-year-old resident of Kansk was convicted of repeated drunk driving.
As the prosecutor's office said, the first time the violator was caught driving drunk by traffic police inspectors was in April 2025 in the village of Aban. Court under Part 1 of Art. 12.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation fined her 45 thousand rubles and deprived her of the right to drive transport for 1.5 years. But the girl did not draw the proper conclusions. At the end of December 2025, she arrived with her 5-year-old son in her Honda Accord to visit the relatives of her deceased husband in the village of Pokateevo. There she drank and decided to go for a ride, and at the same time picked up a friend. At the 28th km of the Kansk – Aban – Boguchany road, the driver lost control and the car slid into a ditch.
“After the accident, the girls abandoned the car and got to the house, where the car lady became ill. We had to call paramedics, who already reported the incident to the traffic police. The examination showed 0.8 mg/l of alcohol in the exhaled air,” the prosecutor’s office said.
For repeated crime, the woman was brought to criminal liability (Part 1 of Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). This time she was sentenced to 220 hours of compulsory labor, deprivation of her license for another 1.5 years, and a foreign car worth 390 thousand rubles was confiscated to the state.
