In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the demand for cloud technologies has increased. Over the past year, companies began to use these services 1.3 times more often, and the number of organizations using the cloud increased by 10%.
Most often, of all MWS Cloud cloud services, companies in the Krasnoyarsk Territory use virtual infrastructure, backup and place data in object storage. Protection against DDoS attacks and private clouds are also popular in the region.
The greatest growth in the region was shown by the backup service – demand for it grew by more than 40%. In second place in popularity was virtual infrastructure, the consumption of which increased by 1.2 times. The demand for broadband access and communication channels is also growing.
Manufacturing industry enterprises have become leaders in the implementation of cloud solutions. They are followed by professional and technical services companies, healthcare organizations and realtors.
The greatest increase in consumption of cloud services was recorded in the information and communications sector – almost 10 times. Medical organizations increased their use of clouds by 2.5 times, and retail by 1.4 times.
