They tried to import almost a ton of mephedrone from Central Asia to Moscow
The car with drugs was heading to one of the logistics centers. The substances were hidden in the cargo among clothing, household chemicals and office equipment.
During the inspection, customs officers discovered a large batch of white powder, the Russian Federal Customs Service reported.
A total of 650 kilograms of mephedrone and 150 kilograms of precursors for its production were seized. The cost of the batch on the “black market” is estimated at 2 billion rubles.
