Russian technology company YADRO (part of ICS Holding) and ITT1 holding signed a strategic partnership agreement. The signing ceremony took place at the CIPR-2026 conference.
The parties agreed to develop software and hardware systems (PACKS)infrastructure solutions and joint commercial offers for corporate and government customers.
The agreement covers two areas. The first is related to the development software and hardware systems DION.Rooms for equipment meeting rooms based on KVADRA client devices. The second direction involves the joint development of YADRO enterprise solutions for corporate customers: server platforms, data storage systems and infrastructure for resource-intensive computing tasks. The parties plan to exchange technological expertise, test new solutions and formulate joint commercial offers for clients.
As part of the corporate communications business, YADRO will become a certified supplier of KVADRA client devices for PACK DION.Rooms. The solution will include the KVADRA TAU mini mini-PC and the KVADRA_T tablet – devices from the Unified Register of Russian Radio-Electronic Products of the Russian Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The enterprise direction of the agreement provides for the joint development of infrastructure solutions for server loads, data storage systems, data analysis, AI and high-performance computing. This part may cover YADRO server platforms, including the G4208P G3, configurations with graphics accelerators, as well as approaches to energy efficiency and cooling of computing infrastructure.
The partnership will allow customers to proactively check the compatibility of equipment, software and service models, reduce integration risks and quickly move from pilot projects to industrial implementation.
“Corporate customers are increasingly choosing ready-made software and hardware systems, in which the compatibility of software, equipment and service support is confirmed in advance. Partnership with YADRO expands hardware base ready-made kit DION.Rooms, using Russian KVADRA client devices, creates the basis for collaboration on infrastructure solutions for large customers. For the market, this means more proven configurations, predictable implementation times and the ability to create an IT landscape based on solutions from Russian registries,” noted Mikhail Knigin, Deputy General Director of the T1 IT holding for software and hardware solutions.
“For large customers today, ready-to-implement infrastructure solutions with clear economics, proven compatibility and predictable launch dates are important. The agreement with T1 allows us to combine YADRO’s expertise in server platforms and data storage systems with the partner’s integration experience – and on this basis create application proposals for the corporate and government segments. We see potential in the development of software and hardware systems for AI, data analysis and high-performance computing, including configurations based on the G4208P G3 and solutions with increased energy efficiency requirements. For YADRO, this is an opportunity to quickly implement solutions into real projects, and for customers – to reduce integration risks and obtain a technological base ready for industrial use,” said Denis Karzhavin, director of business development at YADRO.
“The signing of the agreement confirms KVADRA’s position as a technology partner for leading Russian IT platforms. Integration of our devices with PACK DION.Rooms will allow us to offer the market a solution ready for replication with confirmed compatibility of software and hardware. For large corporate customers, this is an additional option when creating workspaces and IT infrastructure, taking into account the requirements for technological independence,” commented Dmitry Cherkasov, CEO of KVADRA.
The agreement will become the basis for joint pilot projects, testing technologies and preparing commercial proposals for large customers. Specific projects and obligations of the parties will be determined in the course of future cooperation.
