In Achinsk, two schoolchildren drivers were caught in one night (video)

In Achinsk, traffic inspectors stopped the trips of two underage drivers. The traffic police reported this.

The first incident occurred at night, when the traffic police crew noticed a suspicious Nissan X-Trail. The driver did not respond to the demand to stop and tried to hide in the garage cooperative. After a short chase, the car was stopped and a 14-year-old teenager was driving. He explained that the vehicle belonged to his mother and he was on his way to pick up her guests. According to the boy, the car keys are always freely available, and his mother allows him to drive.

An administrative protocol was drawn up against the teenager’s mother under Part 3 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for transferring control of a car to a person who does not have a driver’s license. In addition, material was collected under Art. 5.35 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for improper performance of parental responsibilities. The woman will have to pay a fine of 30 thousand rubles.

The second incident also occurred at night on Gagarin Street. Traffic police officers stopped a VAZ car to check documents. The driver was a 16-year-old boy, who admitted that he did not have a driver's license, and that he had purchased the car on his own. The teenager's legal representative was called to the scene.

An administrative protocol was drawn up in relation to the young driver under Part 1 of Art. 12.7 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation for driving a car without the appropriate license. In relation to the legal representative, material has been collected under Art. 5.35 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation

Both cars were sent to a special parking lot.
