According to investigators, in 2023, after the death of his parents, the man became the guardian of his younger brother. Social benefits were assigned to support the child.
From January 2024 to March 2026, the defendant regularly spent the ward’s money on personal needs. According to law enforcement officials, the total amount of damage exceeded 1 million rubles.
Now there is a criminal case under Part 4 of Art. 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (embezzlement committed on an especially large scale) was sent to the prosecutor's office for approval of the indictment. After this, the materials will be submitted to the court.
