Firefighters of the Krasnoyarsk Territory summed up the results of their duty on New Year's Eve. Seven fires were extinguished, including in residential buildings, but there were no casualties.
According to the main department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the region, the most serious fire occurred in the village of Novoselsk, Mansko-Uyarsky district. There, the fire destroyed outbuildings and a UAZ car on a total area of 286 square meters. Seven people and two pieces of equipment fought the fire. The preliminary reason is a violation of the rules for operating the furnace.

In addition, in three cases, firefighters went to extinguish burning garbage. Fires were also recorded in a garden house, a private boiler room and a bathhouse. No incidents were registered on the reservoirs of the region on New Year's Eve.
