More than 40 requests were received during the first day of work chatbot to monitor compliance with new rules for the use of personal mobility devices in Krasnoyarsk.

“The main violations include improper parking/abandoned electric scooters and riding together. Kicksharing quickly processes requests: the SIM is removed, and based on the results of requests, three users’ access was blocked for violating the rules for using electric scooters,” the mayor’s office said.
