According to law enforcement officers, at the 40th week of pregnancy, a 31-year-old woman began false fights, so she was hospitalized.
The next day, she was diagnosed with a premature rupture of the fetal shells, but, according to the investigation, the obstetrician-gynecologist did not conduct the necessary examinations and hesitated with interference, although the woman complained about pain.
In the morning there was a premature detachment of the placenta and distress of the fetus, and during the cesarean section the child was born dead.
The event occurred back in 2022, but the police and the prosecutor’s office informed the man about suspicion of improper performance of professional duties, which entailed grave consequences, only in July 2025.
