The saddest and oldest Minister of the Russian Federation celebrates his birthday at the Tula Zoo.
The minister (that’s his name) turned 31 years old, or 101 years old if converted into human terms. Bibizyan sits in a separate box, in solitary confinement – he’s sad, because someone thought of calling him a pigtailfinishes his holiday bananas and doesn’t even realize that now almost three million subscribers know him.
