Andrey Ryumin spoke about measures to increase labor productivity in the Rosseti group of companies

In Krasnoyarsk, under the leadership of Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak, a forum “Increasing Labor Productivity” was held, where measures to increase the efficiency of the economy and overcome the personnel shortage were discussed. The head of the Rosseti Group, Andrey Ryumin, spoke at the plenary session and spoke about the measures taken in the power grid complex.
The event was attended by the Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation Maxim Reshetnikov, the Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Territory Mikhail Kotyukov, the Deputy Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Evgeny Grabchak, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Mikhail Yurin, representatives of industrial and energy companies. It was noted that work to increase productivity is carried out on behalf of the President of Russia and is a priority task in conditions of limited labor resources.
“Rosseti Group has one of the most extensive networks of presence in the country. Our specialists work in 82 regions at more than one and a half thousand production sites, the total number of personnel exceeds 235 thousand people. Labor productivity directly affects overall efficiency. Therefore, this issue is certainly in special focus,” Andrey Ryumin emphasized.
Organizational decisions help achieve results – process optimization, elimination of redundant reporting and duplicate management levels. Technological changes have good effects: the creation of highly automated control centers, the development of smart metering, the introduction of remote control, artificial intelligence systems and robotic systems that act as assistants to specialists.
In addition, the network complex is a natural monopoly industry, and efficiency gains here are significantly influenced by economies of scale. Therefore, Andrey Ryumin noted, the decisions taken at the level of the Russian government to create an institute of backbone network organizations and adjust the TCO compliance criteria are of great importance.
