As Mayor Sergei Vereshchagin said, Citizens can report violations via chat: “On my instructions, the services created a single channel for such signals from residents. Through a chat bot in the MAX messenger, Krasnoyarsk residents will be able to send messages about violations, attaching an address and photo. They will be seen by our services and district administrative commissions. At the same time, information is sent to kick-sharing companies, which will have time to eliminate the violation.”

Also, for the convenience of residents, we made an up-to-date map of SIM use in high resolution, which will help to navigate what and where restrictions apply in Krasnoyarsk.
