The Ulan-Ude district court fined a local resident for 10 thousand rubles per word “Khokhol” in the message. The decision was published in the Court of Court.
It is reported that the woman used a chat in a house in Viber. In addition, she called the addressee of the message “vile” and stated that he “did not set up the mind”. The case file notes that the action was regarded as “humiliation of the dignity of man by the grounds of nationality.”
A protocol was brought to a woman under the article of the Administrative Code on the initiation of hatred. The defendant did not deny the fact of writing evil messages.
