Without injections or masks: I do simple movements – and the oval of the face tightens itself

It happens that the contour loses clarity not because of age, but simply because of habits. Bend over the phone, sleep on a high pillow, constantly chew on one side. The skin sags, heaviness appears under the jaw, and in the mirror the face appears tired and round. At the same time, there is no time for a massage therapist, and there is also no desire to endure painful kneading.

Good news. You don't need gadgets, serums or complicated techniques to get back crisp lines. It is enough to turn on the subcutaneous muscle of the neck. It is she who pulls the tissue up, holds the frame of the face and visually removes the double chin. And it works even when you are just resting before bed.

Movement one: “Pull to the ceiling”

How to do:

  • Lie on your back, shoulders relaxed, arms along your body.
  • Gently tilt your head back, looking at the ceiling.
  • As you exhale, draw your lower jaw forward and upward, feeling the stretch under your chin.
  • Hold for ten seconds, maintaining even breathing.
  • Slowly return to the starting position.

Movement two: “Tongue emphasis”

How to do:

  • Remaining in the same position, press your tongue against the roof of your mouth with gentle force.
  • Feel the entire area under your jaw tense.
  • Hold for twenty seconds without clenching your teeth or raising your shoulders.
  • Repeat five times.

These exercises won't make you wince or waste time on salon treatments. In just seven to ten days, the contour will become clearer, the skin on the neck will tighten, and the usual earrings will look neater on the open line of the face.
