Stamps with images of Uncle Fyodor and Umka can be found in post offices

Stamps with popular cartoon characters appeared in post offices. They depict the heroes of modern versions of “Prostokvashino”, “Umka” and the animated series “Champions”.
As Sever-Press writes with reference to the press service of Russian Post, the face value of each stamp is 48 rubles, the circulation was 488 thousand copies. The issue of state postage stamps is carried out by a subsidiary of the post office – JSC Marka.
On the stamps you can see the bear cub Umka, the cat Matroskin, Uncle Fedor, the postman Pechkin, as well as hockey players of the Blue Pennants and Red Meteors teams. We are not talking about Soviet versions, but about modern ones, which are now being produced by Soyuzmultfilm.
The animated series “Prostokvashino” has been published since 2018. The series “Umka”, telling the legends of the Arctic, was published from 2022 to 2025. “Champions” is based on the classic “Puck! Puck!”, it was shown in 2024-2025.
