Krasnoyarsk woman received a real sentence for a smoke shot in a store and theft of a phone (video)

The court found the 38-year-old resident of Krasnoyarsk guilty of hooliganism and theft and sentenced her to 3.5 years in prison.

According to the police, the woman committed her first crime in October 2024 in the Bristol store. While intoxicated, she dropped a bottle from the shelf, an employee saw this and said that she would have to pay for the broken product. However, the customer was not satisfied with this; she started a conflict and, becoming very angry, took out a “hunter signal” device from her bag and fired a smoke shot.

During the investigation, it was established that the hooligan was involved in another crime – when her partner became ill at home, she called an ambulance for him, and while he was in the hospital, she stole his phone and took it to a pawnshop, and spent the money on personal needs.

Serve a sentence under Part 2 of Art. 213 and part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, the woman will be in a general regime correctional colony.
